KartGarage is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the KartGarage app (“the App”) provided by KartGarage. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which applies in addition to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and the Standard EULA.

3. KartGarage Pro subscription

The App is free to use with certain limits. KartGarage Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional capacity and features. It is offered as monthly and annual plans.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time.

4. Free tier limits

Without an active subscription, the App limits some content (for example the number of karts, shopping items, warehouse parts, and tire sets). Exact limits are shown in the App and may change between versions.

5. Jetting and setup guidance disclaimer

Jetting recommendations, weather-based calculations, setup suggestions, and maintenance reminders in the App are provided for informational purposes only and as a convenience. They are estimates and are not a substitute for your own judgment, manufacturer specifications, or professional advice. Motorsport is inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for how you prepare, tune, and operate any kart or equipment. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety rules.

6. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, equipment, or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its name, and its content (excluding data you create) are owned by KartGarage and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
